Caderas Martin’s Gender Equality Index rating rose from 92 to 95/100!

Caderas Martin’s Gender Equality Index rating rose from 92 to 95/100!

As a reminder, every year since 1 March 2020, companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish their Gender Equality Index on their website.

Companies are also required to report the details of the various indicators to their Social and Economic Committee (ESC) and to the labour inspectorate (Direccte).

The 100-point Index is derived on the basis of four indicators.

  • The gender pay gap;
  • The variance of individual pay increases between men and women;
  • The number of women receiving a raise upon their return from maternity leave;
  • The parity among the 10 highest salaries.

This change in our index is the result of an improved proportion of women among the 10 highest paid employees.

“This rating validates our HR policy aimed at recognizing the human and professional qualities of each employee. We enjoy supporting our employees in their development, without setting any limits to their progress.”
Patrick Milon, Partner, Secretary General.
